All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
This includes cases of:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier


2. Returns or Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@uvhome.nl with clear photos and your order number.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit — not a refund.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue store credit after review.


4. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
