We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.

Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries within Europe and selected international destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply in their region.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact the courier using your tracking number first.
If the issue persists, contact us at support@uvhome.nl and we’ll assist you in locating your parcel.
UV HOME is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Damaged Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@uvhome.nl with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.
7. Shipping Costs (FDP)

In case of return or replacement, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
